About the project
EMPOWER-SE attempts to address existing fragmentation in the levels of knowledge regarding social enterprises (SEs), from both a geographical and a disciplinary point of view, as well as from the perspective of different categories of stakeholders.

Working groups
The Action is organized in a flexible four-year work plan around four Working Groups, each of them with specific tasks and deliverables. Working Groups objectives are derived directly from both the research questions of the challenge, the research coordination objectives and the capacity – building objectives.
Results
Documentary & videos
The EMPOWER-SE video strategy focuses on video pills featuring the researchers who have participated in the Action. These stories behind a unique community of researchers illustrate first-hand the experiences and the added value that an Action like EMPOWER-SE generates for its participants.
Selected conference papers
Some papers presented in the events (co-)organized as part of this Action are selected to be published if they are completed and their quality deemed to be high. They do not undergo, however, any editing process before their on-line publication.
Stakeholder briefs
The goal os these documents will be to summarize the ongoing research conclusions and proposing some innovative approaches to the issues at stake.
Workshop proceedings
Documents summarizing the discussions and main conclusions of the workshops organized will be published as a way to share the progress with the regard to the research objectives of each WG.
